| 摘 要： | 文章基于面板数据模型(Panel Data Model),分析了影响福建省闽东南地区和内陆地区经济发展的人力资本要素.实证研究结果表明:内陆地区在公共财政教育支出上明显不足,高等教育规模过小阻碍了闽东南地区经济的快速发展;家庭消费性负担过重且不能反映人力资本投资的增加,技术人力资本存量不足是导致经济发展瓶颈的重要原因.
