我国高校物流人才培养模式的策略研究

随着经济的增长，物流业在21世纪得到了迅速的发展。中国物流业的发展稍显滞后．这其中的一个主要原因就是物流人才的缺乏如何合理有效地进行物流人才的培养，中国高校作为培养物流人才的中坚力量．有责任承担起发展培养物流人才的使命，在新的经济形式下，需要高校重新思考定位如何来构建一个适合社会发展需要的现代物流管理学科体系。论文借鉴了国外的成功教育经验与棋式，也总结了我国现有的物流教育现状与问题，并提出一个切实可行的物流人才培养模式。

Strategy Study on Cultivation Mode of Logistics Talents in China University

The logistics has expanded with economic development.Because of lacking logistics talents,development of China logistics may be slower than specific countries.How to cultivate excellent logistics talents,some universities in China need take on the duty.Some universities in China need consider how to construct modern logistics' subject system of suiting to society development requirement.The feasible cultivation mode of logistics talents are put forward by the paper after analyzing oversea good experience and mode and summarizing our education status and issue.
