| 摘 要： | 党的十六届五中全会作出了建设社会主义新农村的战略部署。阐述了社会主义新农村建设特征,分析概括了其现状。从改善物质条件,搞好生态环境美化建设,做好知识技术及文化建设,完善社会保障制度建设,加强社会主义新农村建设工作的领导五方面提出了相应的对策。
