| 摘 要： | 构建知识产权服务体系是加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业的迫切需要。首先分析了战略性新兴产业对知识产权服务的需求。然后从政策、技术、人才、市场四个方面对战略性新兴产业知识产权服务体系建设提出了一些对策建议。

| Abstract: | Building intellectual property service system is an urgent need to speed up the cultivation and development of strategic and e- merging industries.In this paper, the requirements of strategic and emerging industries to intellectual property services was analyzed, then intellectual property service system of strategic and emerging industries included four parts such as policy, technology, human resources, market.some suggestions about building intellectual property service system of strategic and emerging industries were presented. |
