探析“城中村”改造模式

"城中村"问题已经成为了城市发展的一颗"毒瘤",严重影响了城市社会经济的发展,而当前因为"城中村"改造引发的矛盾与冲突几乎已经成为了群众上访的主要原因之一。本文针对不同"城中村"改造模式的优缺点,构建一种能保障政府—开发商—村民等各方利益均衡的改造模式。

On "urban village"'s reconstructing mode

The problem of village within city becomes a ＂malignant tumor＂ in urbanization, which is seriously influence the development of economy in city. However, the transformation of village within city’s contradic-tions and conflicts almost become a main reason of peo-ple who appeal to the higher authorities for help. This paper is directed that advantages and disadvantages a-mong the different transformation mode of village within city. And then a transformation mode which could protect the interest balance among the government, the developers and the village inhabitants was built.
