| 摘 要： | 农地产权结构包括产权完整性和产权完全性两方面。不同的农地产权结构具有不同的激励和约束效应,进而产生不同的制度绩效。江苏省江都市渌洋湖土地股份合作社之所以取得成功,其原因就在于在保持农地产权完整性的同时不断提高农地产权的完全性。渌洋湖村农地股份合作社农地产权制度创新的实践告诉我们,未来我国农地产权制度创新的方向应该是进一步完善农地产权结构。
