| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志在十六大报告中提出“把发展作为党执政兴国的第一要务”的重要论述,是对马克思主义发展理论的继承和发展,是对我们党执政理念的新思考,是对新世纪新阶段我们党根本任务的新概括。这一论述发展了发展的本质和内涵。必须全面贯彻“三个代表”要求,与时俱进,坚持全面发展观,促进经济社会的协调发展。

| Abstract: | The important exposition of "Development is the first important task of our Party's in power and rejuvenating our country"was put forward by JIANG Ze-min in the report of thel 16th session. It is also the inheritance and development of Marxism theory and the new ponderations on our Party's in power and new generalization of our Partys basic task in the new era. It reveals the nature and connotation of development. We should carry out"three represents".keep up with the times and stick to all-round development to promote the coordinate development o our economic society. |
