| 摘 要： | 本文就我国工业企业自主创新状况对2655家大中型企业进行了调查。调查结果表明,工业企业研发投入强度不高,以模仿创新为主,原始创新不足,创新水平较低,注重创新的短期性等。建议消除工业企业技术创新的体制性障碍,建立公共创新服务平台,为企业自主创新提供支持,探索建立社会创新资源向工业企业有序流动的机制,为企业合作创新创造有利条件。 |

| Abstract: | In this research,an investigation is made on China's industrial enterprise's independent innovation throughout 2655 large or medium enterprises.Results show that the percentage of R&D investment is relatively low;imitation innovations are dominant in these enter- prises;original innovations are absent and only shot-term profit are cared.Thus,some suggestions are proposed in this paper to eliminate the institutional obstacle to enterprises innovation,to setup public supportive platform for innovation,and to ... |
