我国各地区工业企业经济效益的模糊综合评价

文章以2011年国家统计年鉴（2010年数据）中规模以上工业企业总资产贡献率、资产负债率、流动资产周转次数、工业成本费用利润率、产品销售率五项主要经济效益指标的数据为基础，利用模糊综合评价法科学地确定评价值与评价因素值之间的函数关系以及合理地确定评价因素的权重，最终计算出我国31个省级行政区工业企业经济效益的综合得分和排名，并结合实际对各地区的工业企业经济效益进行了相应的比较、评价，从而验证了用模糊综合评价方法评价企业经济效益的可行性。同时，文章还采用基于主成分分析的综合评价法结果，把模糊综合评价和主成分分析得到的排名结果按照均值法进行组合评价得到最终的均值得分及排名，为企业经济效益综合评价提供一种更具客观可靠的组合评价方法。

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Economic Benefits of Chinas Industrial Enterprises

Based on the data oi5 main economic index including total asset contribution rate, debt asset ratio, current asset turnover, profit cost ratio, product sales rate of industrial enterprises in 2011 China Statistical Yearbook ( data of 2010 ), this article used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to examine the relationship between evaluation value and determinant factors. Then the component score and ranking of the economic benefits of industrial enterprise of 31 provinces are calculated and compared. The results verified the feasibility of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in comprehensive evaluation of economic benefits of enterprises. Meanwhile, this article also used the principal component analysis to obtain the comprehensive evaluation results, and introduced the two evaluation results to the combination evaluation based on the average method to obtain the final average scores and ranking, which provided a more objective and reliable combination evaluation for comprehensive evaluation of economic benefits of enterprises.
