| 摘 要： | 认知语言学认为隐喻是人类认知的一种重要手段,是两个认知域的概念之间的映射,是人类用某一领域的经验来解释或理解另一领域的经验的一种认知活动。通过对英汉两种语言中隐喻概念运用的分析比较,我们发现隐喻作为人类基本的认知活动具有其普遍性和共性。但由于两种思维和文化模式的不同,在隐喻的生成和理解上都存在着不可忽视的一些差异。

| Abstract: | Cognitive linguists holds that metaphor is an important method of people's cognition.As a cognitive activity in which human beings use the experience of a domain to explain or understand that of another domain,metaphor is the mapping of concepts between the two cognitive domains.The application of metaphorical concept shows that metaphor is universal across cultures,but at the same time,it has some differences in their application because of their different social and cultural backgrounds. |
