| 摘 要： | 通过对我国铁路托盘的应用及经营现状分析,提出其存在的问题,结合国外托盘经营管理的经验,对铁路可能采用的及时交换、租赁经营、交换与租赁共用三种经营模式的优缺点进行分析比较,提出适合铁路特点的托盘经营推荐方案。 |

| Abstract: | By analyzing the current stratus for application and management of China railway's pallets,pointing out their existing problems and combining with the experience of foreign pallet management,the strong and weak points of three management modes as just-in-time exchange mode,renting mode and exchange/renting mode are compared and the pallet management schemes that are fit for the railway features are proposed. |
