农民工权益的法律保护机制探究

随着我国工业化、城市化进程的加快,农民工队伍迅速壮大,已成为我国产业工人的重要组成部分.农民工的出现是中国发展进步的重要象征,因此党和国家十分重视农民工问题.尽管党和国家十分关心农民工的权益保护,但实际中仍然存在不少问题,导致了诸多社会矛盾和社会问题的产生.究其深层原因还在于我国农民工权益缺乏相关的法律制度保护.因此,积极探索保护农民工权益的法律保护机制,调动农民工参加建设社会主义事业的热情,既是解决农民工权益保护问题的治本之策,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要保证.
