The PEST Analysis on China Labor Cost Environment and the Influence on Enterprises

Since the second half of 2009,with the recovery of the global economics,it is widely believed that world economy has step into the post financial crisis era.Recently,the lack of peasant workforce has become an obvious problem.The policy on people’s livelihood and population economic development in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan has affected the supply of labor force.The change of labor supply and demand frame that result from the overlap effect of the post financial crisis era and Lewis Turning Point will lead to the increase of enterprise labor costs,and enterprises should predict the in crease and take measures to ensure that the long development of the enterprise.
