循环经济发展评价的指标体系构建与实证分析——以甘肃省为例

通过构建循环经济发展评价的指标体系,以2000~2009年时间序列数据为样本,运用层次分析法,对甘肃省的循环经济发展水平进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:甘肃省循环经济综合发展水平呈逐年上升趋势,但波动较大;资源循环利用指数处于较高水平,资源消耗和环境污染指数处于中间水平,且二者呈现出高度相关性;经济社会发展指数较低,对甘肃省循环经济发展的支撑能力相对有限,但是未来发展潜力较大。

The Index System Evaluation of the Circular Economy Development and Empirical Analysis —Take Gansu Province for Example

By adopting analytic hierarchy process,the paper establishes the index system of circular economy.And then it takes Gansu Province as an example to study the development of circular economy according to the data from 2000 to 2009.The results show that the comprehensive development level of circular economy in Gansu Province shows an increasing trend year by year,but fluctuates greatly.Recycling resources index is at a high level.The Index of resource consumption and environmental pollution is at an intermediate level,while keeping the high correlation each other.Economic and social development index is low,and it has the limited ability to support the development of circular economy in Gansu province,but there is the great potential in future.
