上市公司并购控股公司资产的行为是上市公司的一种特殊并购行为 ;该行为存在的原因是多方面的 ,合理利用该行为来促进国有企业上市的关键是在趋利避害基础上使并购行为市场化。本文拟结合江苏省上市公司有关案例对上市公司并购控股公司资产的行为进行探讨。

The conduct of listed companies in annexing and acquiring the asset of the holding companies is a particular conduct which exists in many ways.And the key point of how to put it to rational use to advance the state-owned enterprises to come into market is to make the conduct marketing on the basis of weighing the pros and cons.This essay probes into the conduct combined with some related examples of cases in the listed companies in Jiangsu Province. |
