物流金融中的质押融资模式研究

本文从质押融资的概念出发,比较动产质押和权利质押的异同,对仓单质押的内涵和本质进行了金融学分析和法律界定。在实证研究的基础上,提出我国物流企业目前开展的质押融资业务多属于动产质押,而非真正意义上的仓单质押。最后对仓单质押业务在我国的发展提出了建议。

The Research of Impawn Financing Modes in Logistics Finance

This paper study will take the conception of impawn financing as a point of departure,with comparing the similarities and differences of chattel mortgage and pledge of rights,analyzing and defining the essence and embodiment of warehouse receipt pledging respectively in the areas of finance and legislation. On the basis of empirical study,we will post the question those logistics enterprises in China at present commerce business of impawn financing mostly belonging to chattel mortgage,instead of the real meaning of warehouse receipt pledging. Consequently,we will put forward the proposals on the development of warehouse receipt pledging in China.
