| 摘 要： | 四川汶川地震后,全国各界学者都对这次灾难展开了不同角度的研究。本文从三个方面加以探索,其一是中国民众震灾自救意识的检讨;其二是对日本民众震灾自救措施的借鉴;其三是关于中国民众震灾自救意识的养成。灾难长精神,灾难出思想,从灾难中汲取自救意识和抗灾谋略,是锻造灾难文化的重要举措。促使自救意识日常化和自救意识技术化,是建立中国抗震救灾战略的重要方面。
