| 摘 要： | 在多层砌体混合结构房屋中,砌体出现裂缝是常见的质量通病,引起裂缝的原因有地基不均匀沉降、温度应力、地震力、膨胀力、冻胀力、设计和构造处理不当和施工质量等等,本文就这些问题进行分析并提出解决方案的设计。
