| Abstract: | The necessity of constructing a body-building service system for the handicapped is analyzed in this paper. The basic status quo of foreign handicapped people`s body-building exercises is presented, and the fundamental strategy and outline of setting up a body-building service system for the handicapped in China are put forward. |
