关于保持共产党员先进性长效机制的若干构想

健全和完善保持共产党员先进性的长效机制，包括多方面的内涵和任务。一要健全和完善思想教育机制，其中最基础、最关键的是通过加强党章教育，着重强化党员的先锋意识、理想意识、纪律意识和纠错意识；二要健全和完善理论学习机制，并抓好学习制度的健全和完善、理论学习内容的确定和调适、学习方法的优化和创新；三要健全和完善行为规范机制，其基础性的工作是要认真制定和及时完善党员行为规范，关键是要形成贯彻实施党员行为规范的督促机制；四要健全和完善白省白励机制，不但要抓好教育，而且要抓好制度建设。

The perfect of the lasting mechanism of keeping communist's advance includes extensive connotation and task in many aspects.First,perfect the ideological education mechanism among which the most basic and key on is to emphatically strengthen pioneer consciousness,ideal consciousness,discipline consciousness and error-correcting consciousness of party member through strengthening party constitution education.Second,perfect the theory study mechanism and do a good job in three aspects which is the perfect of theory study institution,the certainty and adaptation of theory study content,the optimization and innovation of theory study method.Third,perfect the behavioral norm mechanism among which the basic work is to make and improve Party member's behavioral norm in time and the more important thing is to form the mechanism of supervising of carrying out and implementing Party member's behavioral norm.Fourth,perfect the mechanism to examine and encourage oneself,not only the education should be done well but also the institution construction should be improved.
