工程合作伙伴模式研究综述

合作伙伴模式在建筑行业中的应用是近年项目管理研究的重要主题之一。本文的主要目的是对国内外相关学者的研究成果进行介绍。大量的研究证明合作伙伴模式在提高生产效率，降低建造费用，提高项目满意标准和减少建造时间等方面都比传统工程建造模式更为优越。随着合作伙伴模式的推广应用，出现了一系列应用规范和概念，而新近的研究集中于探索如何促使合作伙伴模式能够得到成功的应用。通过总结相关的研究成果，结合中国实际进一步对合作伙伴模式的研究做出了展望。

Review into the Research of Partnering in Engineering Projects

Partnering in construction industry is one of the vital research topics of project management in recent years. This paper takes aim at introducing the research findings of partnering. It is suggested that partnering improves productivity, lowers costs and provides the product of construction to satisfactory standards and time. While the sustaining success use of partnering, there are some guidelines and the correlative concepts in an evolutionary phase. The most recent research focus on identifiable ingredients of successful partnering practice, and we prospect the future research topics of partnering in China.
