摘    要:使用转炉除尘水进行烟气脱硫是一种以废治废的脱硫工艺。在对湿法脱硫机理分析研究的基础上,设计并建立了喷淋塔脱硫试验装置,通过大量的试验研究确定了喷淋塔脱硫试验的液气比(L/G)、入口SO2浓度、反应接触时间、除尘废水温度等因素对脱硫效率的影响,分析了影响脱硫效果和系统稳定运行的因素,得出了使用转炉除尘水脱除烧结烟气中SO2的最佳条件。

Abstract:Base on the research and analysis,FGD facility for spraying absorber system was designed and built.A lot of experiments were done to study the influence on the efficiency of FGD by the factors such as liquid gas ratio(L/G),inlet flue gas concentration of SO2,the reaction contact time,the temperature of the waste water which dust discharge and so on. Analyzed the influence factors of the desulfuration efficiency as well as the factors of the system operation stabilization and found relatively reasonable parameter.
