| 摘 要： | 本文认为,效率与以平关系既是抽象的,也是具体的,效率与公平关系的研究应与具体的地域空间相联系,流域是一种特殊类型的地域空间,流域的上中下游之间存在着天然的社会,经济和生态的联系,探讨流域内效率与公平的关系,既是实现流域可持续发展的需要,也有利于效率与公平问题研究的深化。

Study on Efficiency and Fair in Sustainable Development of Drainage Area |

| Abstract: | This paper holds that the relationship between efficiency and fair is not only abstract,but also concrete.It should study the efficiency and fair together with the regional space.There are some social,economic and ecological relations in the up and down streams of the drainage areas.To discuss the relation between the officiency and fair is to meet the necessity of achieving the sustainable drainage areas'development and to benefit the further relative study. |
