跨境电子商务物流模式及其演进方向

跨境电子商务已在全球范围兴起，而跨境物流尚且不能匹配跨境电子商务的发展。目前，跨境电子商务的物流模式多为国际邮政小包和国际快递等传统物流模式，也涌现出海外仓、边境仓、国际物流专线、保税区和自贸区物流、集货物流、第四方物流等新兴物流模式，但仍无法满足日益增长的跨境电子商务发展需求。跨境物流的滞后成为制约跨境电子商务发展的主要因素之一，不仅表现在其与跨境电子商务的不匹配上，还表现在跨境物流发展本身的横向与纵向失衡上及其环境适应障碍等方面。因此，应促进跨境物流与跨境电子商务的匹配与协调，实现跨境物流的纵向协调和横向协调及其与环境的协调发展，并积极发展混合式跨境物流模式以及物流外包和物流本地化。

Development Path of Cross border E-commerce Logistics

The cross-border e-commerce rises world wide, but the logistics development level of cross-border e-commerce cannot adapt to the development of cross-border e-commerce. At present, on the terms of cross-border e-commerce logistics model there are traditional way such as international postal parcel and international express and some emerging ways as well such as overseas storage, border storage, international logistics special line, bonded zone and free tariff area logistics, goods collection logistics, fourth party logistics, however, which cannot meet the demand of increasing cross-border e-commerce development. The lag of cross-border logistics becomes one of the main factors restricting cross-border e-commerce development, which cannot match up with the cross-border e-commerce, and there are also other problems such as imbalanced development of cross-border logistics and environmental adaptation obstacles. Therefore, the match-up and coordination of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics should be enhanced to realize coordinating development of cross-border logistics. Mixed cross-border logistics models should be promoted and logistics outsource and localization should be explored.
