Research on the Integration of Supply Chain

The author points out that resources integration,market integration,information integration and organization integration will be involved in the integration of supply chain,and these components will be interrelated,interdependent and interactive.Resources integration is the basis of supply chain integration,it is also the basis for the creation of supply chain value;market integration can effectively enlarge the scale of resources integration and help improve the degree of resources integration;information integration can help broadly collect and integrate resources and market information;organization integration will help improve the degree of resource,market and information integration and the overall integration of supply chain,and increase value of whole supply chain.
