以第三方物流为中心的农产品交易规制研究——基于交易费用理论的分析

本文在交易费用理论的基础上,根据威廉姆森的交易和规制结构相匹配观点,结合农产品及其交易特点,提出农产品交易适合于三边规制结构,认为以农产品第三方物流为中心的农产品供应链是一种适宜的三边规制结构的组织制度安排,组建我国农产品第三方物流的模式与途径既可以是对原来的批发市场、连锁超市进行改造,也可以通过组建新的物流配送中心和物流园区从而形成以物流园区、配送中心、连锁超市和批发市场等节点为中心的农产品供应链体系。

Study on Agricultural Product Transaction Regulation Centered on Third Party Logistics:Based on Transaction Cost Theory

Based on the analysis of transaction cost theory,combined with the agricultural and trading characteristics,we propose that trade of agricultural products is suitable for trilateral regulatory structure,and thus that agricultural supply chain based on third-party logistics of agricultural products is an appropriate organizational structure of the trilateral regulatory institutional arrangements.The core of China’s agricultural third-party logistics companies can be the original wholesale,supermarket chains,distribution center or logistics park.
