The Mechanism and Effects of Monetary Policy Working as Economic Lever

Monetary policy,as one of the economic levers,works largely depending on the effectiveness of its controlling system.With an analysis of current situations in China like non-liberalization of interest rates,financial market flaws and loans as the major source of capital for most enterprises,this paper attempts to provide a series of measures to promote effectiveness of monetary policies on economic controlling.
