| 摘 要： | 目前，河北省正在为制定“十一五”规划进行积极的准备工作。通过考察河北省的经济发展和人民生活水平在“十一”期间的变化，结合对“十一五”期间经济和社会发展条件的预测，从6个基本方面提出了“十一五”期间提高河北省人民生活水平的主要目标。
