| 摘 要： | 本文首先论述了知识的特性，对知识推动工业结构演变的机理进行了探讨。在评述广东工业结构现状和演变趋势的基础上，本文分析了广东工业结构优化升级面临的问题，进而根据广东的实际情况提出了发展知识产业，推进广东工业结构调整升级的思路和对策。
