| 摘 要： | 为促进农业发展，增加农民收入，对农业生产的投入是一个关键问题。通过对影响农户生产投入的收入、土地、农业效益和信贷等因素的实证分析，验证了四因素的相关性，并从土地和农村金融两方面对影响因素进一步研究，提出相关的应对措施。

| Abstract: | In order to promote the agricultural development and increase the farmer＇s income, the investment in agricultural production is a key problem. Through analyzing the earning, land, agricultural earning and credit, which are four factors influencing the agricultural investment, this paper proves the correlation between those four factors. Last the author proposes some countermeasures based on further study on the land and rural finance. |
