| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会应该是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会.我国民主法治建设的关键是要把民主政治建设和依法治国方略逐步落到实处,这就需要清理我们头脑中陈旧的法律意识,更新法律理念,以全新的法律理念为指导构建和谐社会.

| Abstract: | Socialism harmonious society has the characteristics of democracy and rule by law, fairness and justice, trust and friendly, stability and maintains social order, human beings and nature coexist harmoniously. The key of building democracy and rule by law is to make sure building democratic politics and the strategy of rule by law. It calls for to delete old-fashioned law idea, make the new law idea to guide building harmonious society. |
