| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,上海在吸收外商直接投资方面,一直走在全国的前列。特别是进入90年代以后,上海外商直接投资的规模和质量均有了极大的发展。文章利用计量模型对FDI与GDP、固定资产投资、工业总产值、外贸出口与产业结构的关系进行了实证分析。

| Abstract: | Shanghai has sustained a rapid growth in attracting foreign direct investment since China opened its economy to the outside world. Ever since the 1990s, Shanghai's foreign investment has witnessed a speedy development, not only in scale, but also in quality. This paper makes an econometric analysis on FDI in Shanghai. The empirical results indicate that there exists positive effects between FDI and GDP, investment in fixed assets, gross product of industry, export value and upgrading of industrial structure. |
