| 摘 要： | 绿色切削技术是实现绿色制造的基础和关键.分析了面向绿色制造的切削加工过程中切削液的资源消耗和环境影响属性,阐述了绿色干切削技术及其特点,并结合实例在刀具设计与机床设计方面就实施绿色干切削的关键技术进行了分析与探讨.它对减少制造资源消耗和环境影响、实施绿色制造、促进经济和社会的可持续发展有着积极的意义.

| Abstract: | Green cutting technology is the base and key of green manufacturing. The resource and environment attribute of cutting fluid is analyzed. Then, green dry cutting technology and its characteristics are discussed. At last, key technology of green dry cutting is researched combining examples, including cutting tool and machine, and some solutions are put forward at the same time. It is significant to reduce resource consumption and environment influence, realize green manufacturing and promote sustainable development of economy and society. |
