摘 要: | 水利工程管理单位组织文化对水利工程管理单位的运营管理有着重要的影响。论述了水利工程管理单位组织文化评价研究的现状,指出了构建评价指标体系的必要性。介绍了Denison和张仕璟对组织文化维度划分的结果,在此基础上,将一致性、参与性、适应性和使命组织文化特质作为一级指标,核心价值观、团队意识、组织意识、创新意识、社会责任、员工意识和目标愿景作为二级指标,构建了系统的水利工程管理单位组织文化评价指标体系,并简要介绍了水利工程管理单位组织文化评价指标体系权重的确定。

Abstract: | The organizational culture of water project
management units has a significant impact on their
operation and management. The current evaluation
status of the organizational culture of water project
management units is elaborated, and the necessity of
establishing the relevant evaluation index system is
analyzed. The dimension division results of the
organizational culture by Dension and Zhang Shijing
are introduced. On this basis, the evaluation index
system for the organizational culture of water project
management units is established by regarding the
consistency, participation, adaptability and mission of
the organizational culture as index grade I and core
values, team consciousness, organization
consciousness, innovation awareness, social
responsibility, employee awareness and objective vision
as index grade II. The determination of the weights of
evaluation indices of organizational culture of water
project management units is briefly introduced. |
