| 摘 要： | 通过建立联立方程模型对相关数据分析发现当前农业农村基础设施建设尚存在诸多问题。以此为研究基础,本文深入剖析了我国农业农村基础设施建设面临的环境条件,从我国农业农村的基本实情出发,结合国家农业中长期发展规划纲要及其目标,建议十二五时期以围绕粮食安全、农民增收、发展现代农业等为战略目标,以纯公共品的基础设施为突破口,循序推进农业农村基础设施的覆盖广度与建设深度。
