中外“奇才之道”与我国数字时代的高技术人才管理

摘    要:本文将中国古代的“奇才之道”概括为“山不厌高 ,水不厌深”的天才管理思想 ,“求之于势 ,不责于人”的偏才管理思想和“脱颖而出”的怪才管理思想。同时 ,作者从政府的人才措施和理论界的研究现状两个方面介绍了美国的“奇才之道”。在此基础上作者提出了在知识经济时代 ,我国企业如何管理奇才的三条措施。

Abstract:The "managing skills to rare talents" in ancient China are divided into three respects. They are shills to genius that "no mountain is too high and no abyss is too deep", skills to over-emphasized talents that "depends on environment and don't make excessive demands on people", and the skills to maverick that "make talent show itself". Then the author introduces the practices of "managing skills to rare talents" by analyzing the steps that had taken by American government to attract the world rare talents, and by showing the research results about the rare talents in American theoretical fields. Base on the above analysis, the author put forward three pleasures to China business about how to use the rare talents in the time of knowledge economy.
