| 摘 要： | 开平碉楼与村落旅游资源开发既有经济效益,又有社会效益,其发展前景看好。但是,它在理论研究、线路开发及基础设施建设上还存在诸多问题．只有构建全民参与的开平世界文化遗产社会化组织框架。遵循市场规律。充分挖掘开平碉楼与村落的文化内涵。才能使之走上可持续发展的道路。

| Abstract: | Kaipingdiaolou and Village tourism resources development have both economic and social benefits and has a bright future. However, there are many problems in the theoretical research, the development of tour routes and infrastructure construction. So only after we have built a socialized organization frame for Kaiping＇s world culture heritage which the whole nation take part in, and have followed the rules of market and fully excavated its cultural connotation can we move on a way of sustainable development. |
