| 摘 要： | 商业银行通过上市融资和跨区域拓展业务,一方面为处于困境中的城市商业银行带来了发展机遇,另一方面如火如荼改革的背后却隐藏着诸多问题:改革是对城市商业银行经营管理能力的考验,并不适合所有城市商业银行;对区域经济也有不利影响.金融是经济的核心,城市商业银行改革应立足本地、挖掘潜力,打造有特色的核心竞争力,同时在缓解区域经济不平衡发展方面发挥作用.

| Abstract: | City commercial banks reform and change their market orientation.They are no longer satisfied with existing capital size and operating just in one city.City commercial banks are benefiting from reform,but they will encounter many problems.It is not suitable for all city commercial banks.And this reform may not benefit financial system and underdeveloped areas too.So,the author think we must take measures to exploit city banks' potentialities. |
