In 2009,Beijing Automobile Industry Holding Co.,Ltd.had been involved in several merging cases in China.After the failure of biding for Changfeng and OPEL as well as the suspended process of restructuring Fujian Auto,the ambition of the company had been put off.However,at the end of the year,they finally made it to acquire SAAB. For three years,Xu Heyi had been committed in initiating atransform-to-groupreform in Beijing Auto.And it was also the base point for Xu's staggering land expansion.
