泛亚铁路建设方案研究

摘    要:东盟第五届首脑会议提出修建昆明—新加坡的“泛亚铁路”,以加强相关各国的联系。经过对6个线路走向方案的比选,各国一致认为线路1方案即东线方案为优。线路1方案的国内铁路建设部分,也提出西线、中线、东线3个方案,经过比选,推荐东线方案,即新建玉溪—蒙自准轨铁路和近期利用蒙自—河口既有米轨铁路的方案。该方案既是泛亚国际铁路的一部分,又能为加快云南经济发展创造条件,还可完善云南的铁路网布局。

Abstract:During the 5th ASEAN Summit, there has been suggested theconstruction of the Pan-Asia railway between Kunming and Singapore in orderto strengthen the relationship among all member countries. After comparingthe six plans of routing, all member countries agreed with Plan 1 (i.e. eastline). For the section in China, there are also three proposals: west line, middleline and east line. After comparison, the east line proposal was recommended(i.e. to construct a new line of standard-gage railway between Yuxi and Mengziand to use temperately the existing meter-gage railway between Mengzi andHekou). This proposal forms not only part of Pan-Asia Railway, but also canhelp to speed up the economical development of Yunnan Province as well toconsummate the railway network layout of Yunnan.
