高等院校应急型人力资源管理初探

摘    要:在高校应急管理方面,存在着应急处理专业队伍建设和培训不足,尤其是应急型人力资源管理和激励不足等问题。本文结合现代人力资源管理理念,对高等院校突发事件的应急管理机构的设置、事件发生时所急需人力资源的获取、绩效管理、薪酬设计、职业发展以及团队建设作了相应的阐述,使应急人力资源管理系统化。

Abstract:There were many problems about the shortages of construction and training of emergency professional team,especially the shortages of emergency human resources and encouragement in the field of emergency management in college. In order to make the human resources management systematic, this article made use of the theory of modern human resources management fully, and elaborated some measures such as setting the university’s emergency management agency, obtaining the much -needed human resources of the emergency, applying the achievement management, designing the salary distribution, developing the career and building the team.
