| Abstract: | To study and implement party constitution and propel the establishment of a clean and honest government, the key lying in it is to solve the problems existing in beliefs. We should strengthen morals training in the practice of knowing honor and disgrace, stick to Party＇s aim, effectively protect people＇s fundamental interests and put the establishment of Party＇s style into effect. |
