| 摘 要： | 静态分析方法是新制度经济学企业理论的一个重要特征,这一事实使得现代企业理论的主流范式难以准确把握企业的动态演进特征.为了弥补主流企业理论的这一缺陷,可以继承企业理论分析中的动态传统,同时融合现代企业理论中侧重动态分析的理论流派的精华,发展企业理论的动态分析方法.

| Abstract: | Static analysis is an important feature of the theory of the finn in the new institutional economics , which makes it difficult for the modern mainstream theory of the finn to accurately grasp the dynamic evolution of the finn. To remedy the defect,, we can carry on the dynamic tradition of theory of the firm and integrate the cream of theoretical schools with a stress on dynamic approach in modern theory of the firm, so as to develop a dynamic approach. |
