| 摘 要： | 新能源是解决目前人类可持续发展问题的必然选择。发展新能源成为世界各国的共识,也是未来＂低碳经济＂时代增强国际竞争力的有力武器。中国的新能源发展面临缺乏规划、技术创新不足、应用障碍多、发展不均衡等诸多问题,为此应出台国家新能源规划,进一步加强引导、加大技术创新投资力度、提高实用性,注重合理均衡发展,从而在未来的国际竞争中立于不败之地。
