摘 要: | 跨境电子商务企业通过拓展平台功能,提高自身运营能力。本文以敦煌网、全球速卖通、京东海外、亚马逊等信誉度较高的平台跨境电子商务企业为研究对象,发放500份调查问卷,探究平台赋能、价值共创与跨境电子商务企业绩效之间的关联性。研究发现:平台赋能与跨境电商企业绩效之间为显著的正相关关系;价值共创与跨境电商企业绩效之间为显著的正相关关系;价值共创在平台赋能促进跨境电商企业绩效提升中起到部分中介作用。根据研究结果,本文建议从政府、跨境电商平台、跨境电商企业三个层面制定方针政策,以平台赋能提升参与企业资源整合、建立以及重构电商平台的内外部能力,从而提升电子商务企业快速适应外部市场环境的能力,最终提升企业绩效。

Abstract: | Cross-border e-commerce companies improve their operational capabilities by expanding platform functions.This article takes high credibilitycross-border e-commerce enterprises like Dunhuang.com,AliExpress,JD.com,Amazonand other platforms as research objects to explore the correlation among platform empowerment,value co-creation and cross-border e-commerceenterprise performance by collecting 500 questionnaires.The study shows that there is a significant positive correlation between platform empowermentand cross-border e-commerce enterprise performance,and between value co-creation and cross-border e-commerce enterprise performance.Value co-creation plays a somewhat intermediary role in platform empowerment's improvement of the cross-border e-commerce enterprise performance.According to the research results,it is recommendedto formulate guidelines and policies from the threelevels:government,cross-border e-commerce platforms,and cross-border e-commerce enterprises.Platform empowerment should improve the enterprise resource integration,establish and reconstruct the internal and external capabilitiesof e-commerce platforms so as to improve e-commerce enterprises'adaptability to the external market environment and ultimately improve corporate performance. |
