| 摘 要： | 作为国家科技计划课题研究的重要主体之一，企业为我国的高端技术发展做出了较大贡献。但长期以来，有关专项科研经费管理的研究多以高校及科研院所为主，其相关的研究成果，包括对经费内部控制的研究并不完全适用于企业。本文通过分析部分企业在内部控制制度上对于专项科研经费管理方面所存在的不足，根据内部控制五要素提出了相应的优化设计。

The management of specific scientific research funds in enterprises |

| Abstract: | As one important body of national science and technology research plan, enterprises contributed the development of advanced technology. But in reality, the research on specific scientific research funds is mainly about university and research institutes, the results is not suitable for enterprises. By analyzing the insufficiency in inter control, the paper put forward optimal system framework for the management of specific scientific research funds in enterprises. |
