“城市文化资本”与经济增长关系的实证研究

在低碳经济兴起和城市发展模式转型的背景下，“城市文化资本”运作成为寻求城市可持续发展动力机制的创新。在借鉴现有研究基础上，本文构建了“城市文化资本”估算体系并以江苏省为例测算了2010年各地级市的文化资本存量，研究发现江苏省城际“城市文化资本”存在显著差异。其特点表现为：一是沿江地区、沿海地区、内陆地区依次递减，二是苏南地区、苏中地区、苏北地区依次递减。在此基础上，运用修正的C—D函数模型对“城市文化资本”与经济增长关系作了回归分析，结果显示，虽然“城市文化资本”未能充分转换为经济资本，但也具有明显的促进经济增长作用。最后，就“城市文化资本”运作提出建议。

The relation between urban cultural capital and the economic growth--an empirical study of Jiangsu province

Based on the review of the previous studies, this paper designed the index system of urban cultural capital. Then this index system was applied to estimate the development level of urban cultural capital of Jiangsu Province in 2010. Through analyzing, the author finds that the distributing of urban cultural capital in 13 prefecture-level city of Jiangsu Province is imbalance. And the characteristic can be generalized as: the southern jiangsu is better than the northern jiangsu,the riverside areas are better than the coastal areas and inland areas. The results of regression by the modified C-D production function model finds that urban cultural capital have a positive significance to the economic growth. According to the empirical findings, some suggestions of urban cultural capital business are proposed.
