| 摘 要： | 对广西大中型企业新产品产出与影响新产品产出能力的各科技资源投入要素进行关联分析，发现科技人力资源和科技财力资源对企业新产品产出能力影响较大。同时，就更好地提高上述2项资源投入水平提出建议。

| Abstract: | The article engages in the association analysis of grey incidence between the science and technology input and new product output of large and medium-size enterprises, and finds that scientific human and finance resources has great implications for the output of new products. In the mean time, the article provides commons and suggestion for the improvement of the two factors. |
