| 摘 要： | 经济全球化背景下，中国企业纷纷走出国门，开始了自己的国际化旅程。进军国际市场必须严防风险。而且最大的风险不在外部环境，而在于企业自身的内部因素，如国际化战略目标不明确、跨国经营的文化准备不够充分及“中国式”的整合思路等。可通过优化国际化战略管理过程、做好充分的文化准备、加强自主研发和全球学习能力、提高国际化整合能力等措施来防范或降低我国企业跨国经营的风险。

| Abstract: | With economic globalization, Chinese enterprises have started their international operation. However, a number of failures ten us it is important to be aware of the risks when entering the international market. And the greatest risk is not the external environment, but rather the enterprises＇ own internal factors. This paper analyzes the internal factors of Chinese enterprisest international operation risks and then puts forward the prises. for our international operation enterprises. |
