| 摘 要： | 本文拟从土地环境的角度切入，探讨土地利用、保护和管理的途径。界定了土地环境的概念，分析了其构成体系和基本特征；探讨了土地自然环境、工程环境和社会环境对土地的影响，并结合我国的实例，对原生土地问题、次生土地问题和社会土地问题进行了探索性研究。

Then this paper probes the impact on land utilization of land natural environment, land project environment and land social environment. Meanwhile the au- thor makes attempt to study primary land problem, secondary land problem and social land problems. |
